Sebastian Vettel easily won the Grand Prix of Japan and flawlessly from start to finish recording a second consecutive victory in the Formula 1 championship. Two-time champion had no problems first starting position and leave no chance of competition at times other drivers the difference was more than 10 seconds. The great German rival for the world title with Ferrari's Fernando Alonso, also failed to launch and exited the first turn. The Spaniard started from seventh position and was pressured by Raikkonen and even had contact with two of the rear tire on the front wing Alonso and Kimi. Alonso lost control and spun, it was the end of his hopes for points.

Finished second in the finals Felipe Massa's Ferrari, and some local favorite Kamui Kobayashi of Sauber. Ranked fourth with McLaren's Jenson Button. Fifth stay with McLaren's Lewis Hamilton and Kimi Raikkonen sixth with Lotus.
